Terms & Conditions

The confirmation of the appointment for the photoshoot (studio or outdoor) is subject to the payment of a booking fee by the customer.

No appointment will be confirmed unless the booking fee is paid.

All reservations are made on the "First booking fee paid" basis.

The booking fee is not refundable.

The full payment of the remaining balance for the photoshoot order is due at the date of the photoshoot.

The default of payment of the remaining balance at the date of the photoshoot will automatically block the delivery of the pictures.

Any change in the agreed appointment date should be done with a minimum 48-hour notice period. The new date will depend on the Studio's availability on the date requested by the customer.

Unlimited shots refers to the total number of non-edited digital pictures taken during the event or studio photoshoot.

Non-edited digital pictures taken during the event or studio photoshoot are accessible by the customer on the Studio's drive for a flat additional fee of ₱1,000.

The selection of pictures for editing (among all pictures taken during the photoshoot) is exclusively executed by our professional photographer.

The selection process is based on strict professional criteria focusing on capturing the moments and essence of the photoshoot session.

Additional editing requests may be subject to an additional fee.

Customer access to all non-edited digital pictures ("RAW photos") taken during the photoshoot is subject to an additional fee.

Standard turnaround time for edited pictures is within seven (7) working days, except for SDE (Same Day Edit), which is delivered on the day of the photoshoot.

Standard turnaround time for video highlights is within twenty-one (21) working days, except for SDE (Same Day Edit), which is delivered on the day of the photoshoot.

Standard turnaround time for non-edited pictures is within two (2) working days.

SDE (Same Day Edit) services for videos or pictures are subject to an additional fee.

Lens Image Factory Studio shall not be held responsible for any Force Majeure event that prevents the normal execution of the photoshoot (e.g. weather, earthquake, fire, flood, etc.).

In the event of a Force Majeure situation preventing the normal execution of the photoshoot, the Studio and the customer will agree on a new date and time.

Force Majeure cannot be considered a legitimate motive for cancellation and reimbursement.

In the case of a photoshoot outside Lens Image Factory Studio's facilities (see company address), the Studio may apply additional fees to cover travel expenses on a cost-to-cost basis.

Any order can be cancelled with a notice of at least two (2) working days from the date of the photoshoot.

For any cancellation from zero (0) to two (2) working days before the date of the photoshoot, additional cancellation fees may apply.

Lens Image Factory Studio is the sole and unique owner of all pictures taken by the photographer(s) during the photoshoot, and accordingly has the right to use them for any marketing or communication purposes, unless otherwise stipulated in writing by the customer before the date of the photoshoot.

The Customer is only granted a non-exclusive license to use the pictures for personal use.

Any commercial use of the pictures requires a prior written approval request addressed to Lens Image Factory Studio.

The customer is solely responsible for keeping all personal belongings and property safe during the entirety of the photoshoot.

Lens Image Factory Studio declines any liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings or property during the photoshoot.

The customer is responsible for arriving at the photoshoot location at the agreed appointment time. Any delay beyond two (2) hours may result in the cancellation of the appointment.

The use of drones for video shooting during an event is subject to local regulations applicable at the location of the event.

In the event of local restrictions on drone usage in the area of the video shoot, Lens Image Factory Studio will be unable to use the drone for video coverage.

The customer is not entitled to any additional discount if the drone cannot be used during the event.

The customer will be charged a flat fee of ₱500 (per supplier) for the use of their own videographer or make-up artist, as a contribution to fixed costs.

Each Studio Package has a maximum number of persons included.

Unless otherwise stipulated or agreed in writing, all Lens Image Factory Studio packages are offered for one (1) person.

By exception, Prenup and Maternity Packages are offered for two (2) persons.

Any additional person included in the photoshoot will be subject to an additional fee.

Every photoshoot has a maximum time allowance, including make-up and hairstyling (if applicable).

For a single-setup photoshoot, the maximum time allowed is 2.5 hours from the agreed appointment time.

For a 3-setup photoshoot, the maximum time allowed is 3.5 hours from the agreed appointment time.

Any time extension beyond the maximum allowed will be subject to an additional fee.

Any delay from the appointment time will be subject to an additional fee.

Any delay exceeding 2 hours from the appointment time will result in appointment cancellation and the corresponding deposit will be forfeited.

LIF Studio packages include the complimentary use of one (1) gown from the Lens Image Factory Studio gown collection.

Lens Image Factory Studio does not guarantee the availability of any specific gown in a precise size. Non-availability of a chosen gown in a specific size does not entitle the customer to any price reduction or compensation.

Any additional use of gowns beyond the first complimentary gown will be subject to an additional fee.

A change of costume and/or change of lights during the photoshoot, even if the backdrop remains unchanged, will be subject to an additional fee.
